Dynamic Motion Design Reflects a Bold, Boundary-Breaking Spirit
This recruitment site was developed for Nagoya Broadcasting Network, affectionately known as “Me~tele.” While staying true to the brand’s familiar tone, the site introduces dynamic, WebGL animation that challenge convention. It is designed to attract proactive, self-driven students ready to reshape the future of the television industry. As part of the content strategy, we also produced roundtable discussion videos.

Client Brief
To modernize its approach to better reflect current trends.
The scope of business and job roles were not clearly articulated, making it difficult to engage students outside of those specifically interested in the TV industry.
The site structure needed to be revised to better guide users toward deeper understanding of the company.
Our Proposal
Proposed a concept of “Beyond Television”, expressed through striking visuals and immersive content to leave a strong impression.
Introduced content highlighting non-broadcast-related projects to showcase the company’s ventures beyond television and created clear navigation paths to this information.
Designed contents to explain the company’s various businesses and roles in greater detail, helping candidates imagine their future within the company more clearly.
